Last morning, the CAA received an order to suspend the operation in the north-western province of Hama in connection with the Turkish-Russian negotiations on a cease-fire and the future of the besieged part of the Syrian Republic. The Turkish delegation offered to leave the settlements and cities previously beaten off by the militants, including Kafr Nabudah and Qalaat al-Madiq, but Russia did not agree with these conditions. Sometime after the unsuccessful dialogue, the operation was resumed. The Russian Air Force, the Syrian Air Force launched a series of air strikes against enemy positions in the Idlib and Hama provinces.

In turn, Turkey sent another convoy to the observation post in the city of Morek in the north of the province of Hama. Meanwhile, Syrian troops ambushed IS terrorists in the Al-Tanf base area in the east of Homs province. As a result, the soldiers intercepted with a large number of enemy ammunition.
