Turkey Prepares its Troops for an Attack on Manbij

Kurdish forces strike Turkish Army, rebel positions in northern Aleppo/almasdarnews

Yesterday, the Turkish army and the militants deployed their troops at the front line north of the city of Manbij in the north of the province of Aleppo to prepare for an operation against the Kurdish forces. Meanwhile, the shootings between the Turkish allies and the Kurds had already begun north of the city of Azaz. Militants also reported that they had prevented the Kurds from attempting to penetrate their territory west of the city of Al-Bab.

Meanwhile, the Russian Aerospace Forces continued to fire at positions of militants “Tahrir ash-Sham” and “Turkestan Islamic Party” in the vicinity of the settlement. Kbanah in the north of Lattakia province and as a result damaged the defense fortifications of the factions.

Together with the Syrian air force, Russian aviation inflicted several airstrikes against the positions of the Tahrir al-Sham militants in the city of Khan Sheikhun in the south of Idlib province.
