Syrian Army Attacks Group of Terrorists in Syrian Desert

On the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, the SAA ambushed terrorists in the east of Homs province. As a result, government forces eliminated at least 23 accomplices of the IS, as well as destroyed two enemy vehicles.

Yesterday, the detachments of the “Syrian Democratic Forces”, supported by the coalition air forces and the Syrian artillery, continued their offensive against the terrorists in the city of Hajin, Deir Ezzor province. The grouping command sent about 300 more Kurdish fighters to the front line in order to strengthen the attack.

Meanwhile, violent clashes between FSA militants and Kurdish troops erupted in the area of ​​the village of Ablah, northeast of the provincial capital Aleppo, as well as in the area of ​​the settlement Jibrin southeast of the city of Azaz.

The Syrian army, in turn, continued to fire at positions of militants in the buffer zone in the provinces of Idlib, Hama and Latakia. Meanwhile, clashes between militants of the Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham and Ahrar Al-Sham factions ended after the conclusion of a temporary armistice agreement. The parties agreed to exchange hostages.
