US Forces Launch Missile Strikes against Syrian Army in Homs

The coalition forces launched 14 rocket strikes on the positions of the Syrian Arab Army in the Al-Ghurab area near Al-Tanf in Homs province. A Syrian military source said that no one was injured as a result of the attacks.

The Coalition air force attacked the city of Hajin in Deir Ezzor province. Also, the IS leader Abu al-Umarayn has been killed in a precision drone strike in the Badiyah Desert.

Fierce clashes occurred between the IS and the Syrian Democratic Forces on the Hajin front in Deir Ezzor governorate. It is reported that the SDF entered the Al-Hawamah area and are moving towards Hajin. The terrorists claimed that they had launched a mortar attack on the SDF near Al-Hashima. The IS also counterattacked the SDF in the Ash Shafah and al-Buqan areas.

A powerful reinforcement of the Turkish forces crossed the Turkish-Syrian border in Idlib. The SAA conducted artillery sheliing on the positions of militants in the settlements of Al-Tah, Jarjanaz, al-Tamanah, al-Habit and al-Jaysat in the suburb of Idlib.

It is reported that the SAA has completed preparations for the attack on the militants in Idlib. The offensive will begin with the areas of Aleppo and Latakia.

The government forces repelled an attempt to penetrate militants near the village of al-Zakat in the north of Hama. The SAA inflicted shelling on the positions of militants on the Lahaya front in the suburb of Hama.
