Over the past day, during the military operation against IS in the north-east of As-Suwayda province, Syrian troops liquidated about ten terrorists and also destroyed several enemy trenches and shelters.

Also yesterday, the Syrian army gave the “Tahrir al-Sham” militants 24 hours to leave the territory of Al-Zahra in the west of the capital of the province of Aleppo. In the event of militant inaction, government forces promised to launch the operation to clean up the area.

Today at midnight, according to the agreements between Russia and Turkey, it is the deadline time for the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the demilitarized zone in the northwest of the Syrian Republic. The militants of the “Turkistan Islamic Party” and “Tahrir al-Sham”, however, refused to comply with the terms of the agreement, as they reported in a regular statement the day before. Jihadists called on to continue the fight against the regime of Bashar al-Assad and not to believe the Russian promises.
