Beginning in the morning, the Russian Air Forces and the Syrian Air Forces continued their raid against the “Tahrir al-Sham” and the “Turkistan Islamic Party” militants in the west of Idlib province. At the same time, the artillery of the SAA has shelled enemy positions in the north-west of the province of Hama and in the west of Idlib.

Militants, in turn, destroyed the T-72 government tank as a result of shelling the positions of the SAA in the area of the Jurin Camp, located in the north-west of the province of Hama. Closer to the night, the enemy again opened fire on the same positions, which caused a forest fire. Moreover, militants launched several missiles through the territory in the east of the Latakia governorate, causing material damage.

The Syrian army has not yet announced the launch of the operation against militants in the north-west of the SAR. Yesterday, the first division of the SAA, as well as the Fifth Army Corps, moved to the front from the Damascus. In total, the units consist of about a thousand professional soldiers.
