Yesterday, the Syrian Air Forces and the artillery continued to bombard terrorists’ positions on the Al-Safa volcanic field territory in the north-east of the province of As-Suwayda. The SAA troops are preparing for the third assault in the last two days, while the terrorists do not give up hope of getting out of the pocket.
Meanwhile, Syrian aviation attacked militants’ positions in the south of the province of Idlib and in the north of the province of Hama. The RuAF have also inflicted several air strikes on the fortifications of the “Tahrir al-Sham” group in the vicinity of the settlements of At-Tamaniah and Sukayk in the south-east of the province of Idlib.
In the north of the province of Idlib, the “Tahrir Al-Sham” militants launched another phase of the operation to detain supporters of dialogue with the Syrian authorities. The local councils, in turn, asked Turkey to increase its military presence in the south of the province to protect the territory.
