Syrian Army Fighting Its Way Into Besieged Southern Parts Of Damascus

Yesterday, Syrian Arab Army and allied forces stormed ISIS-held Al-Hajar Al-Aswad district in southern Damascus from west and south. On the south front, SAA managed to capture several buildings and destroy a tunnel, which connected the city with Al-Yarmouk camp. Battles on western front are ongoing with varying success.

Terrorists reported killing several Palestinian soldiers.

Meanwhile the last militants’ convoy departed from Eastern Qalamoun (Damascus gov.) yesterday, handing the region to government completely.

Iraqi sources reported killing one of the prominent ISIS leaders, Abu Luqman al-Souri, in an airstrike on eastern Deir Ezzor territory by Iraqi Air Force.
