Yesterday the Syrian army has started to pull its troops from the whole territory of Eastern Ghouta to the besieged city of Duma (Damascus gov.) in preparation for the operation to liberate the settlement. Somewhat later, the artillery of the SAA began shelling enemy positions in the city.
Meanwhile, as part of an agreement with Damascus, more than 7,000 militants and their family members have left Eastern Ghouta on buses and moved to the north.
The pro-Turkish fighters of the FSA in the north of the province of Aleppo have launched an operation against the Kurdish troops in the city of Tel Rifat. Some sources, in turn, claimed that the Turkish troops have rapidly entered Tel Rifat and have captured the Menagh airbase, but the information on the first point was denied by both Kurdish and Turkish troops.
