Negotiations were held yesterday between Russian and Turkish delegations in Kefraiyah, (Idlib gov.). The parties agreed on Tell Rifaat (Aleppo gov.) to be handed over to the Turkish side as a result of the meeting.
Syrian government yesterday once again demanded militants to surrender the city of Douma in Eastern Ghouta of Damascus. Militant leaders rejected the demand and urged remaining rebels to hold their positions at all cost. After several warnings, SAA troops, supported by artillery fire continued advancing though the city.
During the fighting, government soldiers have blown up a vast underground complex of the Faylaq Al-Rahman, which connected several regions of Eastern Ghouta of Damascus.
Clashes erupted yesterday between two fractions working within Free Syrian Army: “Ahrar Al-Sharqiya” and “Hamza”. Al-Sharqiya militants arrested 200 members of Hamza in response to killing of their commander. Several civilians were killed during the feud fighting. Turkish forces then had to interfere to settle the conflict.
