The previous day will go down in history as the day of the complete liberation of the large strategic city of Deir-Ezzor (prov. Deir Ezzor) from terrorists who have been blocking the settlement for more than three years.

On the opposite bank of the Euphrates River, SDF fighters managed to repel several settlements from terrorists.

Meanwhile, Syrian troops have continued to approach to the besieged city of al-Bukamal from two directions. Local terrorists, in turn, were again subjected to intensive bombardment by the Russian Air Forces and the Russian Navy.

Across the border from al-Bukamal, Iraqi troops have successfully conducted an anti-terrorist operation and have liberated the border city of al-Qaim (Iraq) from ISIS, as well as a large area along the border.

On the fronts of the fight against militants, the Syrian army has captured the village of al-Shakusiyah, located in the northeast of the province of Hama, but during the clashes, she has lost control of the settlement of Rashadiyah to the south from the city of Hanaser (prov. Aleppo).

In addition, the fierce clashes between militants and SAA took place on the territory of the Golan Heights in the north of the province of Al-Quneitra. In the morning, HTS fighters tried to break through the blockade of the settlement of Bayt Jinn, attacking the government positions in the city of Hader but crossed only the first line of enemy defence. After that, the Syrian army organized a counterattack and regained control of the captured positions.
